One to One Pilates

One to one sessions are for people who prefer an individual approach – because they have particular fitness needs or they would like a stepping stone to group classes. Sessions take place at the Sunrise Room providing a peaceful location to concentrate on, develop and enjoy your pilates.

Your first session will be an initial consultation including postural analysis, discussion of health and lifestyle and what you’d like to achieve through pilates. Following this I will develop a personal pilates programme for you which we will work on during sessions.
