About Sasha

After a career in the voluntary sector I retrained as a pilates instructor and personal trainer 8 years ago because I wanted to support other people to experience the benefits I’d gained to my own health and well-being through exercise. In particular I discovered pilates 12 years ago as it helped improve the back and hip problems I’d developed after working in jobs that involved lots of sitting and driving.

My qualifications include: Level III pilates instructor, level III pre and post natal exercise instructor, level III personal trainer, level II gym instructor, level II coaching running and walking, OU level II diploma in fitness and exercise.

For my own fitness I enjoy cycling and walking around the Devon lanes, swimming, gardening and, of course pilates.
