Our Tuesday morning Pilates classes, in the tranquility of the Sunrise Room, are a wonderful mix of core exercises and stretches with Sasha’s calm, knowledgeable and relaxed approach encouraging us all to achieve the best we can within our own limits.

Pilates classes each week are a real pleasure. A great workout in a relaxed environment. Sasha is a very clear and supportive pilates instructor. I love going to my weekly classes and wish I could fit in more classes each week! I certainly feel much stronger and healthier since starting pilates classes.

I love doing Pilates with my mum! I find seeing Sasha on a weekly basis really helps my mobility. When we learn new stretches and positions its challenging but rewarding! Sharing the sessions with my mum means we get to spend time together doing something we both enjoy and can compare notes at the end. My mum has been doing it a lot longer then I have so I often have to follow her, which keeps her on her toes!

Sasha’s Pilates have made such a difference to my weekly exercise. I am a hairdresser and so stretching and strengthening my back and shoulders has enabled me to improve my working life. Sasha is based in an amazing studio on the out skirts of Harberton. We have been known to do some sessions on the decking looking over the hills watching the sun go down ( honestly !) Would I recommend the sessions YES without a doubt.
