I have been going to Sasha on a one-to-one basis for a couple of years now and her calm and structured teaching has helped me through two major operations. Without Sasha’s continued encouragement my recovery would have taken much longer and I would certainly not be as mobile and flexible as I am now.


I have been doing 1-1 pilates with Sasha for the last couple of years. I started because I had back problems and was advised to by my osteopath. Sasha has been fabulous in getting me back on my feet. The sessions are varied and informative, and the exercises are structured to suit my needs.
