I love doing Pilates with my mum! I find seeing Sasha on a weekly basis really helps my mobility. When we learn new stretches and positions its challenging but rewarding! Sharing the sessions with my mum means we get to spend time together doing something we both enjoy and can compare notes at the end. My mum has been doing it a lot longer then I have so I often have to follow her, which keeps her on her toes!
