Here are your week 5 videos. Part 1 has warm-up with balances, Part 2 Roll-ups and curl-up selection, Part 3 is Sidelying and Prone, Part 4 Spine-curls and a bit of shoulder release. It’s worth doing the lot just to see the antics of the cat!
