Our theme this term is Desert Island Exercises. 12 exercises to help maintain your strength, mobility, balance and general well-being if you were stranded on a desert island. We’ll start with absolute basic level exercises and add on elements of co-ordination, adaptability, multidimensionality, dynamism and elasticity (is that a long enough list for you!) as we move through the term. We’ll be using the usual array of balls and bands.
