Pilates is a range of slow, controlled, flowing exercises that bring mind and body together improving mobility, posture and balance. It is adaptable and beneficial for people of all ages, at all levels.
Maximum class size for Sunrise Room Classes is 6 so availability is limited – please call first to discuss your needs. If you’re new to pilates you should have a one-to-one consultation before joining a class. If you’re interested in a class that’s full, please still get in touch as I keep a waiting list and can let you know when a space becomes available.
Alternatively if you know of other people that would like to start a group with you, why not set up your own group at a mutually convenient time.
