Gentle Pilates and Balance Workshops

Gentle Pilates at 11.30 – A 50 minute class with exercises to help maintain strength, mobility and flexibility. Balance Workshop at 5.00 – a 45 minutes class with fun exercises designed to improve balance and co-ordination. These classes are well established now, get in touch if you’re interested or would like more information.
